Wiki Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies only to Saqkk Wiki, whose owner is based in Germany. The Wiki does not accept payments, request bank card details, or require readers to register or sign in.

2. Technical data

The server and security infrastructure may process IP address, request time, page URL, browser type, language, referrer, and error details to deliver pages, secure the service, and diagnose faults.

3. Data you send

If you email us, we process the address, message, and attachments you provide. Do not send passwords, payment details, or unnecessary confidential information.

4. Local preferences

Language and theme preferences may be kept in browser storage. The administration area uses a protected session cookie; readers do not need an account.

5. Infrastructure

Cloudflare is used to deliver and protect the site and may process request data required for those functions. Hosting and static-resource providers may also receive necessary technical data.

6. Retention

Technical logs are not reader-account or login records; they are web-server request records. They are retained only for the server rotation period needed for security and diagnosis, then deleted or anonymised. Correspondence is retained until the request is resolved and for a reasonable follow-up period.

7. Requests

Questions and requests for access, correction, or deletion may be sent to contact@saqkk.com. Verification of the email address may be required.

8. Changes

This policy may change when Wiki features or infrastructure change. The current date appears at the top.
